
NEW DELHI, 13 March 2026 : Lok Sabha Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday ridiculed Prime Minister Modi for claiming that there is no need to panic.
In a chat with reporters in the Parliament House precincts, he said PM is himself panicked for completely different reasons. He is panicked because of Epstein and because of Adani case.
Rahul said the PM’s chair was unoccupied on Wednesday as he dare not come to the House. A person who is himself in panic is telling the nation not to panic, he added.
He also told reporters that a new procedure has been introduced in the Lok Sabha that the concerned minister will decide to allow him to speak since he has to reply to it.
Rahul said he had wanted to make a statement on the situation in the country with regard to the LPG, gas and oil. It is just beginning, he added.
