NEW DELHI,21 march 2026: Speculation is wild on the cabinet expansion in Uttar Pradesh next week as the RSS and the BJP hold continuous meetings.
Many big faces may be hit in the reshuffle. Many ministers may be sent to the party for the organisational responsibilities.
The meetings are also discussing the organisational changes and strategy for the Assembly elections next year.
RSS joint general secretary (sarkaryavah) Arun Kumar will attend two important meetings on the future strategy. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and state BJP chief Pankaj Choudhary will attend all meetings.
Names under circulation as new ministers are Chaudhary Bhupendra Singh (former state BJP chief), Ashok Kataria, Govind Narayan Shukla and Puja Pal while minister of state Baldeo Olakh is likely to be promoted.
