SP TO SPLIT, CLAIMS UP MINISTER

NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh minister Om Prakash Rajbhar on Wednesday claimed a big split in the Samajwadi Party after similar divide in Bengal and Maharashtra.

He told reporters in Lucknow that senior SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav has given a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the mining scam and Gomti river front scandal. Everyone in U.P. knows who is their mastermind.

Rajbhar claimed the entire SP may merge into the BJP.

SP president Akhilesh Yadav said Rajbhar is singing tune of the BJP. Without naming him, he said those in the government start talking about it.

Rajbhar, however, insisted that 100% Samajwadi Party is on the verge of collapse. He said Ram Gopal has given the list of the SP leaders willing to join the BJP.
