Mrs. Sita Jha, mother of Shrinand Jha, a senior member of the Rashtradoot Delhi Bureau, passed away on Thursday morning. She was 95. She breathed her last in the early hours at Fortis Hospital, Sector 62, Noida. According to family sources, she had been seriously ill for the past few months.
Shrinand Jha is a well-known journalist who has been associated with the profession for nearly four decades. His elder brother, Dr. Ajayanand Jha, is a renowned neurosurgeon. He also has a sister.
The last rites were performed in Noida on Thursday evening in the presence of family members, friends, and relatives, who gathered to pay their last respects to the departed soul. Senior journalists and former colleagues of Shrinand Jha also extended their deepest condolences to the family on this irreparable loss.
