Today Patna Book Fair was agog with milling crowds of booklovers who wanted to have a glimpse of world’s costliest book “Main” priced at Indian currency of ₹15 crores.
At 3pm, the book “Main” authored by Ratneshwar was unveiled before the large gathering at the Fair. While speaking to media persons at the launch, Ratneshwar said that the book conjures up the basic tenets of personal spiritual awakening. “The supreme state of knowledge of “me” is all about what the book “Main” intends to convey,” he avers.
When asked by this reporter as to whether the book conforms to the idea of a metaphysical world far from realistic one, the spiritual author ruling out that notion said that through the book, he nurtured the desire to take people on their journey and not his journey.
While explaining the exorbitant cost of the book, he said that his philosophical journey was the determining factor of the cost of the book.
“As of now, only three copies of the book are in public domain. They are to be put in designated centres where people could reach, read and listen in audio form”, he explains in a matter–of–fact tone.
